Poka Yoke

Voici les différents types de poka-yoke (ou anti-erreur) en production :

	Action produit Au niveau du produit, il interdit toute erreur de montage. C'est le meilleur des poka yoke. Lors des conceptions, il faut faire en sorte qu'ils soient robustes. S'ils sont utilisés en production, penser que des gens (plus ou moins forts et fatigués ou attentionnés) y sont confrontés 8 h par jour. 	Alarme - alarm  Voyant lumineux ou sonore quand une erreur est faite  Luminous alarm or alarm bell when a mistake is done
	Contacteur aux limites - contactort at the end / limit  Si la pièce n’est pas en bonne position : alarme et arrêt nota : dans l'automatisme le signal doit changer d'état si la pièce est bonne (passer à l'état 1) et l'automatisme doit vérifier à chaque cycle qu'il y a bien changement d'état => cela permet une vérification automatique du bon fonctionnement. 	Compteur - recorder  Comptabilisation par rapport à un attendu - counting in a relation to an expected
	Check-list  Vérification de présence ou conformité - Check of the attendance or conformity

Ces « outils » sont mis en place pour éviter de livrer de la non qualité ils doivent donc être parfaitement fonctionnels et rigoureusement utilisés.
Theses "tools" are put in place in order to avoid to deliver non conformity so, they must be fully operational and used with rigor.

Tout disfonctionnement doit être immédiatement signalé et traité au plus vite. Sinon les gens vont prendre de mauvaises habitudes et cela sera très dur à corriger. Pire, vous penserez être protéger alors que vous ne l'êtes pas.
=> Il vaut mieux supprimer un poka-yoke qui ne fonctionne pas que de le laisser en place.
Each disfonction must be immediatly notified and solved as quickly as possible. Otherwise, people will take bad habits and, it will be very difficult to correct it. Worse, you will think that you are protected and it is not the case.
=> It is better to suppress a poka-yoke not working rather than letting it in place.

Bien me dites vous mais, en quoi moi particulier, cela peut-il m'intéresser ? - Well you say but, in what , as private, can I be concerned ?
